Participant Form
If you are a Martin Park resident and plan to participate in this year's Community-Wide Yard Sale, please complete the "Participant Form". Be sure to let us know which days you plan to participate.

Keys to a Successful Yard Sale
1. Start at least 2 weeks prior to the Yard Sale-Go room to room and re-organize as you go
2. Put a price on everything, no one likes to constantly ask "How much is this?"
3. Pricing: Make it a bargain
4. Organize, Organize, Organize.
5. Consider using a ladder to display clothing items
6. Consider having a "Free" or "Free with Purchase" Bin
7. Have a Chair/Mirror for trying on items
8. Make items accessible, no bending over to look at merhandise
9. Categorize items, i.e., Kitchen items, kids toys, clothing for women/men with sizes, tools etc.
10. Good Signage is a plus
